We deliver worldwide.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and vary by location and the number of decks purchased. All shipments come with tracking, with the exception of those within Norway

An important note regarding untracked shipping: once shipments are dispatched, we are not responsible for mis-delivered or lost packages. As such, we cannot replace or refund orders. By placing an order, you automatically consent to these terms.

Where do the decks ship from?

Our decks ship from fulfillment centers in Norway and the US. 

How long will it take to ship?

The cards are printed in very small exclusive batches. The delivery time depends on whether we have cards in stock or whether they are currently available for pre-order. Please see the shopping page for a rough idea of shipping time. 

Note: Processing time is 3-5 business days. Once your deck has shipped, you will receive a notification. It take up to 30 business days for worldwide delivery. Please be patient if you have not received your cards in that window of time; sometimes, customs in your country of residence impacts and delays the delivery time.

Orders of 2+ decks will arrive in separate shipments. 

Will I have to pay customs and duties?

There is a possibility you will have to pay customs and duties on the deck, depending on your country of residence. We have no control over whether customs and duties are charged.

Do you accept refunds?

Currently all purchases are final sale. If there is an issue with your deck, please contact us at info@soulcardstarot.com and we will do our best to rectify the situation. 

Will the deck come in other colors?

Decks are available in midnight black, blush pink and our new limited-edition white dahlia.

Do the cards come with a booklet of descriptions?

No but an eye out, we will be soon (which will be sold separately)! The descriptions for the cards can be found on our website here for the Major Arcana and here for the Minor Arcana. Click on the card to read the description.

What is the feel of the cards?

The cards have a luxurious velvet-like feel. They feature custom line illustrations in gold foil and a floral motif on the back.

Who created the cards?

The cards were created by psychic medium and writer Kristine Fredheim. The cards and custom illustrations were designed by Corina Nika and the descriptions were created with the help of Eva Ekelund.

Are the cards available for wholesale?

If you are a online retailer or brick and mortar store, the cards are available for wholesale. We have minimum purchase quantities to benefit from our wholesale rate. Please contact us at info@soulcardstarot.com for more information.
