Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and vary by location and the number of decks purchased. These prices are final. We cannot accommodate custom shipping requests. WHERE DO THE DECKS SHIP FROM?

All products are shipped from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP?

Processing time is 3-5 business days, and shipping times vary by location. You can find this information at checkout when you select your method of shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via email. Due to COVID-19, it may take up to 30 business days for delivery in some cases. Please be patient if you have not received your cards in that window of time; sometimes, customs in your country of residence may cause delays.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTY?

There is a possibility you will have to pay duty depending on your country of residence. Customers are fully responsible for covering any charges. Soul Cards does not reimburse duty fees.
