Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via email. Due to COVID-19, it may take up to 30 business days for delivery in some cases. Please be patient if you have not received your cards in that window of time; sometimes, customs in your country of residence may cause delays.
There is a possibility you will have to pay duty depending on your country of residence. Customers are fully responsible for covering any charges. Soul Cards does not reimburse duty fees.
