During this session, we dive deep into the chakras to release stagnation. There’s a wealth of information in each chakra; when it surfaces, it can help you improve all areas of life, from your physical body to your energetic body. We’ll go through the seven main chakras, ending with an “energetic flush” to boost your new alignment and protect your energy.
Please note, it’s very important to come prepared! If you can, I suggest fasting for at least 6 hours prior to your session. Regardless, be sure to avoid low vibrational foods and substances, such as meat, dairy, alcohol, coffee and cigarettes. Water is great, but add a little lemon juice to optimize this deep cleanse!
Next, find a comfortable spot to lay down and relax. Set an intention (what you wish to release) before our session.
To fully reap the benefits, I suggest doing a Chakra Dive maximum twice a year. It’s especially supportive if you’re going through changes.
