Feeding our bodies with an abundance of fruits and veggies can raise our vibration! To live life at our highest potential, we must align our energy to our soul's energy. We can do this by eating and drinking high vibrational foods. This helps to raise your vibe, which improves health (d'uh!), heightens intuition, and even upgrades the people you attract, as the universe will match your new energy.
This has inspired me to start sharing some of my favourite recipes, starting off with "Moon Juice", which I love drinking during the Full Moon. It's a fun and easy process which involves charging water by the moonlight! You'll also find some of my go-to rituals below. Enjoy, babes.
Prep time: 10 minutes. Serves 2.
Step 1: Fill your favorite glass (a closed mason jar is best, NEVER plastic) with 1/2 cup of water. On the night of the Full Moon, leave the glass outside or on a table near the moonlight. Set an intention. I like to say, "may this water support my energy to be clear and strong."
Step 2: The next day, grab your juicer! Place your red apple wedges, ginger, 1/2 a lemon, and juice away.
Step 3: Mix these juices into your moon water with a straw (not plastic!) or a spoon.
Step 4: Remember your intention, and say thanks as though it has already manifested. Cheers!
