High Vibe Eats: Moon Juice Recipe

Feeding our bodies with an abundance of fruits and veggies can raise our vibration! To live life at our highest potential, we must align our energy to our soul's energy. We can do this by eating and drinking high vibrational foods. This helps to raise your vibe, which improves health (d'uh!), heightens intuition, and even upgrades the people you attract, as the universe will match your new energy.

This has inspired me to start sharing some of my favourite recipes, starting off with "Moon Juice", which I love drinking during the Full Moon. It's a fun and easy process which involves charging water by the moonlight! You'll also find some of my go-to rituals below. Enjoy, babes.

Prep time: 10 minutes. Serves 2.

  • A juicer
  • 3 red apples cut up into wedges 
  • 1/2 piece of ginger
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cup moon water 

Step 1: Fill your favorite glass (a closed mason jar is best, NEVER plastic) with 1/2 cup of water. On the night of the Full Moon, leave the glass outside or on a table near the moonlight. Set an intention. I like to say, "may this water support my energy to be clear and strong."

Step 2: The next day, grab your juicer! Place your red apple wedges, ginger, 1/2 a lemon, and juice away.

Step 3: Mix these juices into your moon water with a straw (not plastic!) or a spoon.

Step 4: Remember your intention, and say thanks as though it has already manifested. Cheers!


  • Grab your Soul Cards and do a Full Moon spread on January 17th! Shuffle your deck and set an intention. As you spread out the cards, ask specific questions you'd like answers to. Pull a card for each one. Some suggestions:
    • What is no longer serving me?
    • How do I let go of energies that are weighing me down?
    • Is it the right time to pursue and manifest my dreams?

Pro tip: Use our Tarot Journal to note your card pulls, intuitive messages, and reflections. 

  • Get grounded! The moon and water are deeply connected. To feel that bond, drink your moon juice and immerse yourself in water. A nice bath or simply dipping your feet in a lake can help you feel grounded, at peace, and revitalized. 
  • Meditation and breathwork never fail. These processes are extremely effective if you're feeling distracted and anxious. They give you an opportunity to pause, be present, and focus on your body's movement and breath. After only a few minutes, you'll feel a sense of calm wash over you. Also be sure to jot down notes in your Meditation Journal, so that you can track your progress!
